Jintronix Inc. aims to advance the field of clinical rehabilitation through the use of novel techniques involving virtual reality technologies. Our system has two components: a client-side application that leverages the Microsoft Kinect in order to allow patients to engage in their physical rehabilitation routine via clinically validated activities and exercises, and a web-side application that allows clinicians to remotely monitor and customize patients’ rehabilitation routines.

Jintronix Inc. is looking for a passionate software developer who will be working on many aspects of our client-side application.

Responsibilities
- Build and architect critical components of a new interactive 3D client application that will engage patients in a new form of rehabilitation.
- Rapidly prototype and implement 3D activities and 2D UI elements based on clinical requirements and creative direction.
- Develop reliable and reusable application components in C++.
- Engage in the entire development process including requirements analysis and system design.
- Be self-directed and able to prioritize your own workload.

Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in software, computer, electrical engineering or computer science (or commensurate technical degree).
- Extensive programming experience in C++ (minimum 3 years).
- Experience with 3D graphics and physics engines.
- Experience with 2D/UI engines.
- Proven experience in large system software design and development.
- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Responsibilities
- Build and architect critical components of a new interactive web application that will impact the clinical workflow.
- Develop an understanding of the clinician requirements and contribute creative solutions to improve the user experience.
- Drive the development of end-to-end data management solutions including database schema, database back-up and management, and performance tuning.
- Iterate on solutions based on internal feedback, as well as feedback from clinicians.
- Create open and re-usable web application components.
- Be self-directed and able to prioritize your own workload.

Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in software, computer, electrical engineering or computer science (or commensurate technical degree).
- Expert level frontend HTML, CSS and Javascript skills (minimum 3 years).
- Expert level programming skills with experience in C# / .NET (minimum 3 years)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery
- Experience in the ASP.NET MVC web framework (minimum 3 years)
- Experience with presentation technologies such as AJAX
- Database development experience with Microsoft SQL Server
